Homeschool PE Curriculum

Subjects to be taught are physical endurance, swimming, soccer, football, and kickball. Each subject's learning session will last two weeks, with the last session covering a sport the class chooses. The format of the sessions will include a 10-minute warm-up period focused on functional movements using push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, jump ropes, and running. Next, fundamentals of the sport will be taught ending with the class playing the game. A cool-down period of walking and stretching, along with a snack, will complete the class.
