Join the Y's Swim Instructor team!

No prior experience is required to apply. We’ll guide instructor candidates toward training opportunities and walk you through each step of the process. CPR certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.

Instructors teach children and adults both private and group lessons. Private lessons are sold as a package of six committed lessons 30 - 45 minutes each. Group lessons are an eight lesson commitment to 45 minutes for each lesson. Each instructor is paired with their student age preference and their availability.
