Join the Y for the annual MURPH Challenge!

Help the Y and its members honor the fallen this Memorial Day through participating in the MURPH workout challenge!

The MURPH challenge was LT. Michael P. Murphy's favorite workout: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and a 1 mile run while wearing a 20 pound weight vest (or just body weight). If you're up to join an incredible community for a great cause, come join us in the Flowood Branch Arena on Memorial Day. 

Heats will start at 7:00am and run every 15 minutes. Registration will be open starting May 20th. Member registration will be on the app, but nonmembers can call to reserve a spot and pay $10 the day of the event.

Get a sweat to truly commemorate the fallen this Memorial Day!

Come to the Clinton Branch YMCA to enjoy a day of dancing! All proceeds will go towards new equipment for the branch. All ages invited! Those under 16 must be with an adult. There will be drinks provided and food items available. Register by clicking here. Paper tickets are available upon request,
