One of our most established branches the Downtown branch of the Metropolitan YMCA's of Mississippi has all of the amenities that one could need in a wellness center.

Once you pass the smiling faces at the front desk you'll find a newly remodeled aerobics studio, open airy weight and cardio room, 2 full size gymnasiums complete with indoor running track above, yoga and pilates studio, popular raquetball courts and modern locker rooms.  Also, on beautiful Mississippi days enjoy the outdoor running trail.

The Downtown branch is host to the Hardin Aquatics Center which has a retractable roof making it the perfect place to spend summer or winter days swimming!
